Project applications supported by Çankırı Karatekin University Scientific Research Projects Coordination Office are starting.
a) The application dates for Social Contribution Projects will be announced by the Scientific Research Projects Coordination Office on the website https://ebap.karatekin.edu.tr/ under the title of Social Contribution Projects.
b) The duration of Social Contribution Projects is a minimum of 2 (two) months and a maximum of 9 (nine) months.
c) In Social Contribution Projects, academics and students can apply individually or as a team through their units. ç) The maximum amount of support to be provided to the project is 15,000 TL.
d) The purchase request will be made by the Executive via BAP automation. The procurement of goods and services in this process, the follow-up and finalisation of the expenditure documents issued by the Coordination Unit are the responsibility of the Executive.
e) Individual meals, transport, subsistence and gifts for the target group will not be covered within the framework of the projects.
f) When drawing up the project budgets, domestic travel expenses (car rental, travel and subsistence, fuel costs, accommodation, etc.) will account for up to 40% of the total budget. This rate may be increased with the approval of the Rectorate upon request with detailed justification, the decision of the unit`s management and the recommendation of the Coordination Office for Scientific Research Projects. Travelling expenses abroad will not be covered.
g) When preparing project budgets; a maximum of 1,500 TL can be given for stationery expenses.
ğ) The machines and equipment to be requested within the scope of the project can be provided after confirming that they are not available in the units concerned.
h) Equipment such as laptops, cameras and printers will not be requested within the scope of the project.
